Future Generations ships via UPS Home Delivery within 48 contiguous states. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days (depending on the destination).
Future Generations ships Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. UPS Ground and Express delivers Monday through Friday.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery times based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. You can find these estimates in your e-mail order confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself at www.ups.com.
Future Generations will always do our best to ensure your order arrives at its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Although please note there are things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. Shipping costs are based and calculated on the dimensions and weight of any such item. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be charged a $15 Refused Package Fee and be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Future Generations. Once a package is received back in our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the Refused Package Fee and the actual shipping charges or a 2nd shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.
Packages returned to Future Generations because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged the original shipping charges.
